If you want us to connect to your computer and provide remote support (control)
- schedule a call with us
- download and run our TeamViewer QuickSupport module and wait for us to connect (remember to run the downloaded file)
- or send us your ID and Password if you have the full version of TeamViewer
If you want to join a meeting, online training or a presentation, apart from using the full version of TeamViewer you can also use our QuickJoin module which does not require installation – you will find the details on this page.
