Rhino: remote support, technical support, online training

For technical support, online training, and presentations of Rhino and our other products we use TeamViewer or Google Meet.

If you want us to connect to your computer and provide remote support (control)

  • schedule a call with us
  • download and run our TeamViewer QuickSupport module and wait for us to connect (remember to run the downloaded file)
  • or send us your ID and Password if you have the full version of TeamViewer

If you want to join a meeting, online training or a presentation, apart from using the full version of TeamViewer you can also use our QuickJoin module which does not require installation (you will find the details on this page) or a Google Meet link we provide.
