For technical support, online training, and presentations of Rhino and our other products we use Zoom, TeamViewer or Google Meet.
If you want us to connect to your computer and provide remote support (control):
- schedule a call with us
- download and run our TeamViewer QuickSupport module and wait for us to connect (remember to run the downloaded file); there will be a link to Lemondim Support on your desktop that you can use for your next session
- or send us your ID and Password if you have the full version of TeamViewer

TeamViewer Lemondim QuickSupport – sound settings
To turn on the sound through the computer during the session, click the headphone icon with the microphone and go to the Audio settings. Microphone (Microphone) and Speakers (Speakers) should be active, as in the image below.
Additional audio settings (like choosing the right device) can be controlled by clicking on the gear.
