Why do we process personal data?
We do this to perform a contract or implement actions before signing one, as well as to fulfil a legal obligation when issuing an invoice and entering it in the books.
If we use an email address to provide commercial information, we do so upon consent. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email at info@lemondim.com
Data is not being processed for other marketing or statistical purposes. Data is not processed automatically or through data profiling.
What type of personal data do we process?
Your name, surname, email address and the address for the invoice. In some cases this also includes a phone number and taxpayer identification number. In the case of individuals who wish to order a program with a student discount, this includes data in the photo of the document that confirms eligibility for the discount. All of the data above are necessary to perform the contract or to implement actions before the contract is signed. The provision of data is voluntary but if it is not provided, a contract cannot be signed and an invoice cannot be issued.
Who do we share the personal data with?
The data is accessed by our reliable partners: our accounting firm, the manufacturers of the software being ordered, the manufacturer of the invoice issuing system, possibly a delivery company and companies that perform our IT services (not directly involved in personal data processing).
How long do we process personal data?
In the case of data processed for the purpose of issuing invoices, for the period required by legislation.
In the case of data processed for the purpose of providing commercial information, until consent is withdrawn.
